About Me
I'm just a girl, with the head of a yankee and the heart of a southerner. My whole family is from upstate New York where I was born, but they raised me in Dallas, Texas, to escape the 8 months of winter that come with living in NY. Thanks mom and dad!

Photography has always been a part of me, for as long as I can remember. As a little kid, my aunt let me borrow her backup equipment and run around her east-Texas acreage, taking pictures of tree frogs to my heart's content. I'll never forget the magic of seeing those pictures come to life in print.

I started my journey at the University of Central Florida (go knights!) as a fine arts major, with a concentration in ceramics and a minor in dance. Photography as a carrer path was never actually on my radar, but fate had other plans. After a carrer-ending injury during my time at the Spirit of Atlant Drum Corps, I was offered an opportunity to stay on tour as a photographer for our media team. I took a leap of faith, and never looked back!​

It's been 8 years since I started taking action shots for DCI, but I'll forever be grateful for the passion it inspired in me. Nowadays I have the immense privilege of capturing the magic of a wedding day for some of the most amazing, down to earth, and downright fun couples that I've ever met.
